Your Notary on the Go....No No No No
I am STILL waiting for payment on a signing completed BACK on January 19th 2006. I have contacted them...filed a complaint with the BBB...talk to "Steven" on the phone and STILL have not been paid as of today's date. I have sent an email to the lender asking for THEIR assistance in getting my payment. I know some of you have also gone to the lender and asked for their assistance in getting paid. I have posted on another notary board this problem in detail and have also updated that one also with this new information. So again BEWARE of this company and just say NO!!!!

Thanks Brad...as stated already had that information and
already filed a BBB complaint which they lied about (said they would pay me)...and I STILL have not heard back from them.

just got a reply from Stephen Hamburger and he stated "...I adv accounting to send a check I will follow up with them..." that was as of today's date. We shall see...will advise both forums when and IF any check received. "Doc"

Wonder of Wonder...Miracle of Miracles...I just got a check
today...In today's mail, I received a full payment of my fee Finally!!!! As he previously stated, it is post dated until Monday 7 Aug 2006. On Monday, I will be at my nearest BofA and cash this puppy. I will then proceed directly to my bank and deposit the CASH for this signing. I can close this sordid chapter in my career and get on with my life. Needless to say, I will no longer accept any signings from this company and hope that they have removed me from their database.
