business cycles

hello everyone,
a question for you seasoned veterans out there. i've been doing signings since last march and my business was very slow the first couple of months but has picked up each month. i've been wondering if there are monthly or seasonal cycles to this business. is fall and winter typically slower than spring and summer? are november and december typically the slowest months?

One cycle is merely what area a prolific lender is hitting hardest. That's why you'll see one state in a buzz one day and then another state another.

As far as other, more long-term cycles, I cannot keep up with it.
