They are a SS that LSI farms work out to when they don't have a notary in a specfic area or the time.

I do, it works out as a wash. I'll take most anything that pays my fee, even if it takes a reasonable time. I do closing for both LIA and LSI.
Always keep the pipeline loaded...the fast payers make up for the wait, imo it all balances out in the end.

I would agree with those who say that it averages out, with this caveat. When you have to remind these companies again and again that the signing you completed 30,45 or even 60 days ago is outstanding, it becomes very hard to convince yourself that it pays to work the avarages. As for your question will I try again, probably so, I'm just a sucker that way. Good luck on whatever you decide.
