signings for United Land in New York. I did a closing over 2 months and still waiting to get paid. Just emailed them again for the 5th time

Yep, yesterday evening. Good price, not too far away. I have also faxed my invoice to Jerry Miller, we'll just see what happens. If they do pay in a timely fashion, I'd work with them again. Small package, great fee. Good luck to us all, hopefully we'll be compensated.

They don't tell you this in their confirmation or on their instructions, but the pay at the end of the month that follows your closing. I have done two for them:

Closing on 1/5/2006 received check on 3/6/2006 (60 days)
Closing on 1/9/2006 received check on 3/6/2006 (56 days)

They also don't pay if the loan does not fund. I crossed that part out on the instructions they make you sign, but both my loans funded so it was not an issue. Not sure if I will work with them again because of this policy.

They will pay, 60 days is the norm for them. I stopped doing business with them 1.5 years ago because of that.
