Use the search button on this site and read message #33325 IN IT'S ENTIRETY. From there, you'll see other messages referenced that will assist you in making the decision to become a signing agent. Afterwards, decide for yourself if this is something you want to invest the time and money. Lots of help abounds on this board, just don't expect this venture to become a financial windfall. Have you ever sat in on someone else doing a closing? Some of the TC's that I worked for in the past used this as a training method. We would all sit in on everyone's closings. I have learned from watching other people and have had people tell me that they picked up a few pointers from watching me.

oops I meant [e-mail address] I mean if any one has a question but is afraid to ask they can email me. However, as I said I do have a background in Real Estate and Mortgage Lending but have only been a signing agent for a little over a year. Howie's suggestion is a great way to get started by reading #33325 the first thing I did was print it out and I still read it from time to time, it is a great source of information to get started in this business.
