I recently did a job for Notary exchange, Mario Ramerez back in May: I was sent out 3 times and @ very late hours and on a holiday. I went the extra mile and worked very hard for this company and have not rec'd payment on my invoice..I think this is terrible and dont believe anyone should do business for this company

Joan, Go directly to the title/escrow on this one. This is the only way I got paid when I did a signing for this SS. Good Luck!

Agree -- GO STRAIGHT TO TITLE, and not just the processors, but go to the top of the company and make sure the president knows about this. Going through title for assistance, it still took me 3 months to collect from him, and they were cooperative with me. Once the strongly worded collection letter went to the president of the title company, I had my check from Mario. They need to stop using him.

I have recently decided not to accept any more late night, last minute jobs. It seems the docs and instructions are always a nightmare, and it's always those same late night, last minute jobs that you go the extra mile for that are the most difficult to collect payment on. It's like you have to pry your hard earned money that they owe you out of their hands! I have one right now that I am dealing with (not Notary Exchange, though - I have never worked for them).
