profile question

Can anyone tell me how to get my phone numbers to show when my name comes up on a nortary search? I have my profile marked yes that i can be called but when you search and get my name under phone numbers it reads"Available on request"

My hunch would be under Phone Numbers, put "display to everyone" and "yes" for "may we call"

The only option is: May we call?" It is already yes. I don't see an option for Display to all.

The first item under Phone Display should be "Phone Display" with a drop down box of 3 choices:
Display to Everyone
Display to Agencies Only
Available Upon Request

I'm on the "My profile" screen. Under phone numbers there is no such option. IS it located on another screen ?

If you are refering to having more than your name and/or company name show up in the list of notary office shown when you search for a notary, like you used to be able to do, it's been programmed out of being possible.

This was done when somebody objected to the fact that others listed on the same page when they were listed had more than just the name or company name listed.

I guess the complainer just couldn't figure out how to put the phone number or other "marketing information" in the data field for "Last Name/Company:" and had to resort to complaining about it.

Either that OR the site's owner/admin decided that it was appropriate, in which case it is OK with me!
