slow time
Is anyone experiencing a slow period due to the glut of homes of sale and no buyers?

Last month was my busiest month ever.
I'm enjoying a couple of days with no appointments booked ...... gotta catch up on a few other things I've had to put off!!!

Re:Frances...when your new it does a while to get going....
my business has remained the same, I have days I'm swamped and days that are slower. I get myself up in the morning, make myself as pretty as possible, ready to go on a call at the last minute. If I have zero appointments, I make a mental list of things I desperately need to do around the house and begin....It's kinda like when you were waiting in high school or junior high (this of course was many moons ago) for that guy that you were crazy about to call, the more you waited he never called but the minute you got busy and occupied your mind and time, guess who called.......Then of course you grew up, came to your senses and waited for no man.......and lived happily ever after......or so they said.

The best advice I have is to market, market, market. Use your down time to make contacts and get yourself in the door. Sign up, sign up, sign up. Whether you're a newbie or an oldie. Same advice.
