Wow... I presented a 50 year adjustable rate loan for signatures Friday.

Most of those 50's are 50 due in 30 with a balloon about $1.99 less than the loan amount.

I was just curious. I've only seen two so far and

both were 50 due in 30...
I guess it's good if you need the lower payment...

Makes me think of my favorite signing to date with and older woman (83). She was not given what she expected and was talking to her LO re ballon payment after 20 yrs. "where in the H%$& am I going to get $200,000 when I am 103 yrs old?"
