Another no-pay BEWARE!

Please be aware that TKI closing service in Carlisle, Illinois appears to be another no-pay, no response company.
We made three trips for one closing for them and then another closing a few days later in September and he ignores all requests for payment. I have talked with a couple of other notaries who have had similar problems with TKI (Tim Persing)

The sad part is that he is a Not Rot member
