BEWARE!! SIGNATURES PLUS BEWARE!!!!

Beware Signatures Plus has 60 complaints at the BBB for not paying the signers, I have been bit they owe me several hundreds of dollars and I can not get them to pay me... There are forums all over the web where the owe notary public signers all over the US. And the few that have been paid the funds were non sufficient and the people have incured checks fees on top of it. SIGN AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!

Melody is the owner. They have an F rating at their BBB. However, I got her personal cell phone number from notarybeware.com and called her. I told her that I was contacting the lenders and reporting her to the Attorney General in her area. She paid me for 4 out of 5 of the closings that she owed me for. I got the run around before her and doubt that she would have paid if I had not pushed the issue. She replied to my BBB complaint but if you check them out, there are many unanswered with the BBB. I think the answer with her is to contact the lenders, and tell them that you will contact their borrowers and tell them that you will lien their houses. (legal in Louisiana, not sure about where you live) and it might work...
