Callwell Signing Service...Any comments???

Today was the first signing that I took with this service. First, I get a call at 9:30am regarding a signing in Beverly Hills for 12:30pm. Okay, to make a long story short, the borrowers do not have the proper identification. The signing will take place in the hotel lobby. This signing is for a re-finance with this couple who are visiting Los Angeles from Colorado. I must meet the 12:30pm deadline because right after the signing, this particular couple will be leaving for LAX. I received the loan documents at 10:45am. I called borrowers right away to confirm, no call back at number on information sheet. Get new number, only to find out that borrower don't have correct id. Bottom line, I didn't perform this signing.
