I done a job for them 9/21/06 I received payment Nov/27 their pay date is on the 20th so I just missed it. Make sure its clear how many loan sets and adjust your price if need be. But they do pay and communicate.

I would work for them again....

I won't work for them again unless it's around the corner overnight docs, although they are always VERY VERY nice on the phone and they do pay on time. I don't like their policies on no-signs/recissions.
