Certificate Builder

The certificate builder is not in operation on this site. Anyone have a link for certifcates?

acknowledgment, jurat, etc. I would like to have these ready made and carry them with me in my mobile supply kit in the event that they are needed at the last minute.

Why not make them on your computer using Word (or similar program). Then you can fill in some constant information like your name and state. Then you can print them anytime you need some. I always carry a stock of my printed blank certificates. (Also available for download from my notary website. Just in case I forget to restock my forms.)

How can one make borders in Word?

Some of the nifty forms I've seen have nice rules (i.e., solid straight lines, of varying widths) around the text of the form. So far I haven't been able to figure out how to get Word to make the borders.
