This might be a stupid question, but I just got in from 7am this morning doing closings. I have another one later tonight and it has closing instructions. at the bottom it says: to be completed by signer/notary: (then it has a line for signature which says): printed name of person taking acknowledgement. Should the borrower sign this? I will probably fiqure this out after I eat something and get to relax.
