Demand letter to First National Closing Agents from Atty

Well, after getting the run around with First National Closing Agents from the Manager and Staff, enough was enough. Invoice of $150.00 is over 45 days due is unacceptable and not a way to run a business thats reciprocal in nature. I did my part faithfully and without errors. Now I hear that my payment is possibly being sent and the end of December making this invoice over 60 days due!

Time to get serious! I contacted my atty office, a legal plan I have as a Peace Officer and they will send a demand letter from their office.

Paper trails is getting long.... stand by for updates!

P.S. Had 2 companies I had to keep the pressure on! One paid $150.00 plus $75.00 Subordination Signing afterwards.

Keep notes, contacts, go up the chain! Fight for your rights!

They owe me for a signing I did at the end of October. No response to phone calls, emails or faxes. What I find ironic is that they told me they had taken some accounts away from SOX because they (SOX) didn't pay their notaries. What a joke. First National Closing Agents are scumbags.

They owe me for a signing I did at the end of September. No response to e-mails, faxes, etc. It makes me sad.

Do you have this guy - Nick Murch: 714-550-1361

It took me 64 days and some bulldog tenacity, but I did finally get paid by these people.

I have spoken to Mr. Nick Murch - President of First National Closing Agents directly. History of communication shows misdirection. Atty office sending demand letter and progressively pursuing collection action.
