One time I cancel them because they are not very organized. I had a question and they told me to call title and a lot more things that makes you think that when it comes to your payment you will have the same kind of problems.

they called at 5:00pm for a signing this evening between 7:30pm or 8:00pm. It's 7:40pm and not confirmation or loan docs.

Oh yes in my case I waited so long for a Confimation letter and when it came it had the wrong phone number for the borrower and when I called them to get another one they told me to call title. Hey they are taking more than 50% of the signing fee, so can they at least provide me with some kind of assistance?

I called and cancel them.

Sometimes they are a little unorginized but I have always liked working for them and you'll get paid.

A lot of last minute assignments, somewhat disorganized, but they have always paid.
