Finally an explanation (OT) Thanks Charm...
I think it was Charm if not oops, I apologize, that posted a week or so about the Fruit Cake Lady from Jay Leno... I've been addicted ever since.
Came back last night from an edocs, rush home rush out, in the middle of nowhere, turned down two other signings because of it, no sign. Great 79 year old sharp as a tack lady found some major surprises first thing (cause Gary starts with the numbers) and said no way, no how, forget it no.
So I came home to cry... well to gripe... and wonder why a LO would do that. Went digging in the fruitcake lady archives and found the answer.
It's the third answer to the fella from Witchita... I don't take responsibility for anything else on the clip (it's all funny too but... well it's funny).

Gary, Re: Finally an explanation (OT) Thanks Charm...
I liked Mrs. Rudisill too.
Sadly, she passed away a few months ago:

yep, guilty as charged. I remember posting her being one of Jay's favs and his tribute when she died. That was one funny lady. Yes, number two sums it up in a nutshell!
now, if I could make my docs appear, I'd be one happy camper.

They were too funny Gary
I agree. Couple months ago, I was at a signing and the BO did not like the APR on the TIL. I read to him what it was off the form and he still wasn't happy. We called his LO who could not explain it at all, Lo gets on the phone with me and gives me what he thinks it is and then says "right?" He didn't even know why it was higher! He then complained to hiring co. that I didn't explain it to his borrower. Um, hello!!!! That's your job. A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of going to thier office for a closing and I couldn't believe what I saw. It was like a telemarketing office. I've always thought that being a LO was more distinguished than that. It wasn't what I pictured in my head.
