I am alive and well.

I am alive and well here in the Buckeye State ( GO BUCKS ) I have had a bunch of work all over lately. Just not in any one area folks. Do a lot of NY and FL lately. Really just about wherever I can get cloaings is where I do them. I am sure that you know how things go sometimes.

I AM NOT ASKING MY NOTARIES TO BE BACKROUND CHECKED EITHER.
I REPEAT I AM NOT ASKING MY NOTARIES TO BE BACKROUND CHECKED.
THAT IS UP TO THEM NOT ME TO GET IT DONE. AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED THERE COMMISSION IS THERE BACKROUND CHECK.

I think I may have lost a couple of Accounts also because of bad notary work to though. I have no one to blame but myself for not screening my notaries better I guess. They where not big account so no big deal. I will have more time to spend with the grand-children this way to during x-mas.

If anyone would like to throw a title Co or two my way that a SS is not paying the notaries on let me know, I will be glad to return the favor if you know hwta I mean. BOY AM I GONNA PAY FOR THAT STATEMENT.

"The Name Game," or "The Banana Song", is a children's sing

along rhyming game that creates variations of a person's name. It was written by singer Shirley Ellis and released in 1965 as "The Name Game." However, Ellis told Melody Maker magazine that the song was based on a game she played as a child.

Glad to hear your doing good.

I went to find your # and you aren't listed in Signing Central. Glad you cleared up the B/C statement someone made. Sounded strange to me. How about those Buckeyes! My bro was there and said it was an awesome game. Watched it myself. So sorry MI. Hope your holiday season has been good so far.

Nice to hear from you, Tony.

Glad to hear FL is a hot market for you. Don't forget about me down here on the Treasure Coast. We've put together a FL NSA Network of professional Notaries and I'll be happy to send you our brochure. If you need a referral anywhere in FL just give me a call.

Re: A title co. tip

Try working with Lender Services Direct on Tech Center Drive somewhere in CA. They use No-Doze Notaries, and when it comes time for payment, they are totally dooozing! (pun definitely intended) Actually, I've worked directly for that title co in the past, and have had to wait an unusual amount of time to get paid also (like 45-60 days with several collection phone calls). They always pay really good fees, BUT, dare I venture to say that those guys need a decent, financially stable go-between. I'm not sure what the heck their problem is...proceed with caution yourself, I suppose.
