Inzura's "trip fee" is full fee!

I had a closing cancelled at the table by the title company as the wrong docs were sent to me. Inzura called and asked what my "trip fee" would be. I was not happy to hear the words "trip fee" since, as most of you know, the majority of closing agencies use the term to mean they will pay you a small considerably-reduced payment for the closing. However, it turns out that what Inzura calls a "trip fee" is the full fee!
Since most of us refuse to work for companies that say they will only pay a "trip fee" if you go to the closing and the signing is not completed for any reason, I wanted everyone to know that Inzura's "trip fee" is not a reduced fee, but merely their term for paying you the full agreed fee on a closing that has been cancelled at the table for whatever reason (as long as the reason is not your fault, of course).

I've had one deal with Inzura that was canceled on my way there - I was paid, promptly, 50% of the agreed fee, which was fine with me.

I'm very happy with them and will take all I can get from them.

Isn't Inzura a part of ATM? So they aren't a 50.00 company? Wow . . somehow I am in their database.
