KUDOS to Golden State Overnight...
They delivered my package (loan docs) who knows where... shouldn't have happened, but but my place is tough to find and well things happen...
I started to wonder at 10:00 called SS and got a tracking number... Says the package was delivered, called and got through to a human. Delivery not guaranteed till 10:30 but at 10:00 they didn't mention that, just got to work on it.
11:04 got a call, driver is on his way back they'll call me ASAP
11:05 BEEP BEEP... there's the driver with my package and a smile and an apology.
Didn't some wise notaries say something about mistakes happen learn to fix them efficiently???
Golden State Overnight made it right, right now.
