Call a couple of days in advance to schedule a closing.
Send a confirmation with the borrowers home/phone/cell # on it.
Send docs in plenty of time.
Have the bo's name typed in on all the title docs.
Trust us enough that we don't have to call in on the way to the closing, at the closing, or after the closing.
Don't have us fax back the entire package.
And most important.. Pay us QUICKLY!
Happy New Yr. to us all! Smile

I closed one for a new TC client on 12/22 and got a check by FedEx on 12/29.

I think many of these TC's are changing their ways. It seems to be happening less and less. It may be all the new notaries that the NNA has produced. I do lots of closings for one company that calls me on my cell phone within the first 10 minutes of the closing, calls on the borrowers phone 20 minutes in and asks if the TIL has been signed and DATED because that is their biggest headache, and then I have to call them when I'm done. (I now tell them when they call about the TIL that the signing will be over in 5 minutes, then I don't have to call back)
