Living trust

Headed out to notarize a living trust for the first time. Anything I need to know about it? Been doing this for a long time and this is a first for me. Thanks

ID 'em. Watch 'em sign. Fill in notary block. Stamp. They did it, you don't explain it.

So I take it there is nothing out of the ordinary? That is all I was wondering.

Witnesses MAY be required

Depending on how the document is created, witnesses may be required. Sometimes, the attestation of acknowledgment of the notary will include the testator as well as the witnesses, so if witnesses are required, you may not be one of them. If the witness signatures are not being notarized, then it may be permissible (check your state law) for the notary to also act as a witness.
