Loan Signing Agent Classes Question?
I see all over the web the different places that offer the Loan Signing Agent Course. I am confused on where to go and take it. I see that it ranges in price for the class and dont know if you really get your monies worth over the other classes offered

For a live class I would suggest contacting Joan Bergstrom or Kelly Robertson - www.notaryclasses.com

I agree with Sylvia.
I took their class while my business partner had taken another. When we compared notes mine had been much better. In fact I saved more than the class cost using their recommendations for equipment and supplies. My partner has been forced to replace both her printer and fax.

the class i took
was thru the NNA and I cannot recommend them... they are not consistent and I took the first test grateful it was multiple guess as the "instructor" only talked about George Cloony. every once in a while she would digress and say something about the notarial class but then back to george...
Maybe one question on the exam was something she whiffed over.... Between my prior work and good guessing I passed.
Half the people were there for a second time as they failed the first exam....

Yes, I have heard some negativity in regards to the Loan Signing course through NNA. I signed up for the notaryclasses.com for a live notary class but didnt sign up for the Loan Signing course. I was also thinking about takign the Loan Signing class at goldenstatenotary their prices for the course is cheap but I dont know if it is a good bang for the buck

Additionally, you may also want to checkout the Signing Registry.
They too offer excellent training. With paid membership, you have access to their mentorship program (free), for "one-on-one" assistance.
They also have a fine training manual which covers just about every aspect of the business.

The Signing Registry manual is sold right here on Not Rot
Click on notary supplies, and your state. For my state, it was at the bottom of the page on the left hand side. It really is all-inclusive and specific.
