Need assistance asap

On a Uniform Residential Loan Ap the borrowers missed checking several boxes. one box, are you a US Citizen they checked Yes. next line are you a permanent resident alien? they didn't check, also they missed have you had an ownership interest in a property in the last 3 yrs.
I can't reach them and my pkg needs to be dropped first thing in the morning. Anyone have a suggestion? Every thing else is fine. Thank you!

The completion of the 1003 form is not your responsibility. Just have them sign it.
