Non payment
Is anyone out there having any luck w/Loan Signers Inc. of California and Speedy Closing of NJ. on getting paid? I am not feeling too "warm and fuzzy" about either one right now.

Re: Non payment - Loan Signers = No pay according to
many posts here. Do a search. You'll also find the owner explaining why notaries are not getting paid in a timely manner.

I'm certainly not Chris but from my viewpoint the answer is "highly unlikely". In 3 days I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB. I'm extremely patient and I have a firm handle on what has happened with his company and the Lender BUT good faith works two ways. The last person that posted that they had been paid was Sandi and that's been weeks ago.

Re: What about it Chris? Are you going to honor your promises?
Hey Sue...someone I chatted with on the phone awhile back suggested that Chris is paying only the notaries he projects he will need in the future. Just a thought...it makes sense. I have no doubt there is a cash flow problem, but it's not about paying who has the longest outstanding invoice...under this theory it is about who is going to be needednext.
Hopefully, he'll be here to tell me why I am spouting false information again and put the smack down on me for having an opinion.
That would be great for all those who are needing payment. And, I don't give a rat's tail what he thinks of me so that will just be fine.

I appreciate that information Ms. Bren
I think I expected that much, all show and no go. Talk a good game but when it comes down to performance....well, we all know the type. One of the posts mentioned that he used to be a regular poster here and that he talked the same way then...I reckon a leopard never changes their spots. However, having said that be aware of the fact that I don't turn loose of something without a battle and while I may not win the war Chris will know he was in a fight. My sister-in-law is a process server there in sunny southern California and it's getting close to the time when I usually visit so I may just have to turn this vacation into a business trip. I've copied all my e-mails back and forth to him, all the posts he so generously made here in the forum, should be a slam dunk with all his help.

He owes me $190 from June and August!
And I've been wayyyyyy too patient and understanding of the man. If he is still in business, then he is getting paid by the companies that hire him. That means he has some money left over after paying notaries (if he does) for current work. That leftover money should be paying all the notaries he still owes money to. He should be working another job or two in a factory or slinging pizzas or whatever it takes to pay his household expenses and use the notary money to get his business out of the red. Hey, Chris, in Real Life you pay your business expenses FIRST and your own personal expenses SECOND.

Re: He owes me $190 from June and August!
I couldn't agree more Sharon!!! Two months ago when he promised everyone he would pay I believed him. However he seems to be doing exactly what Bren suggested, paying those that he needs to help him with more revenue. Too bad he's not a "stand and deliver" type guy because in the long run he's the one that will lose one heck of alot more than dollars and cents. I value my integrity and ethics MORE than the tiny pricetag he owes me and I am sure we'll be around long after he crashes and burns. People lean towards remembering the worst about someone as opposed to the best, it appears to be the American way. I doubt seriously LoanSignersInc will be a phoenix rising. 'Cuse the spelling, me and my fabulous HP 2430tn are printing! Yes ladies, I LOVE MY HP!!! ~laffs~

I filled w/BBB yesterday. He owes me close to $400 and I won't be going away any time soon unless I see payment. Same goes with Speedy closing. Happy New Year!!!!

If you having problems with no or slow payment by Speedy Closings in NJ. And the title company was Fiserv, you can call Kathy Jud at 1-800-842-8423. She is with Fiserv's vendor management department and let her know your situation.
