Good for nothing.
They still owe me $40 from a partial re-signing I did in 2004.

Hi Mistarella. You are thinking of a different On Time Notary. I started my company in June of 2005. I don't want to say it was the one in Rocklin, CA. but that is the only other On Time Notary I know of. My company is ontimenotary.net and the one is Rocklin is ontimenotary.com. Please be sure of your fact before you slander someone. If you would like to discuss further please don't hesitate to call me direct @ (949)-888-5893.

Regards,
Chris Triana

I cannot believe you had the nerve to call me to argue this on a Saturday night at 8 o'clock on a Saturday night 2 1/2 years later. No body wanted to speak to me about it back in 2004 when I called about the missing payment.
A professional would have had the smarts to wait until Monday and asked me to fax my confirmations, etc. and resolve this amicably and ASKED me to update the statement should
it not be your company. (And I would have obliged.)
Now I am going to dig out my records and notes about this and fax you the evidence I have.

Even though my records are at my office and not at my home, I am feeling rather confident it WAS your company. The other site doesn't look like it belongs to a SS at all.
Otherwise, why would you lie that you didn't have the company back in 2004 and the whois.com records show your website was started up in Jan 04, and that indeed you are the owner of that site since then.
The truth still remains that On Time Notary still owes me a measly $40 since 2004, and I have the records to prove it.
And if you call to argue or harrass me I will file a harrassment report, and prosecute you to the fullest exent of the law, including this $40 + everything Florida allows me to tack on to it.

Re: Liar Liar Pants on Fire - Yep...it's what I figured.

Believe it or not, notaries often choose not to be signing services. We are not DUMBER...just choose to take a different path...so don't play Mr. I-CAN-LIE-AND-GET-BY-WITH-IT-'COS-THEIR-TOO-DUMB-TO-KNOW.

What clinched it for me was the clock logo on the website...

same as the one on my confirmation, which I STILL HAVE.
This is one of the few debtees I have, and my memory is still pretty clear about it.
I ran into the confirmation when I moved my office a few months ago.
I guess he doesn't realize what slander really is.

Liar Liar Pants on Fire

Okay Misty I'm still waiting for you to provide any proof that you were contracted by my company. The reason I replied so much later than the posting of your message was that I don't normally read messages in these forums. I see now that I must monitor it more closely. Yes the website and company was created then but I didn't start doing business until June of 2005. I've given you my phone # and you haven't contacted me. You have my email and you haven't contacted me. Instead you haven chosen a public forum to air your greviance and make slanderish comments. I'm telling you for the last time, cease with these public accusations or I will take further action. Be a true professional and contact my company personally. You have enough time on your hands to search for my company information but not enough time to search for a record of an outstanding invoice you say you have from my company????

Re: Liar Liar Pants on Fire

I have given up on the measly $40, and if you want to take action, do it.
I am not afraid of you, you are a liar and now a harrasser.
Go back to school or get a dictionary and learn what slander means.
Obviously you are no more educated about this field now than you were back in 2004.

Re: Liar Liar Pants on Fire

Defamation" is the general term used internationally, and is used in this article where it is not necessary to distinguish between "slander" and "libel". Libel and slander both require publication. The fundamental distinction between libel and slander lies solely in the form in which the defamatory matter is published. If the offending material is published in some fleeting form, as by spoken words or sounds, sign language, gestures and the like, then this is slander. If it is published in more durable form, for example in written words, film, compact disc and the like, then it is considered libel.

You obviously can take the time to read and post a message here but not have the courtesy to discuss the matter over the phone, hanging up on me twice. Again, this is the last time I am asking, stop making negative comments about me and my company, and I expect a public apology in this forum immediately.
