Re: I should have read before I took job.

I have a job that is almost 60 days now. That's what I get for not reading here first.

Have a call in and faxed invoice AGAIN, also sent an e-mail to Eric. I guess next stop is SOS.

Any other ideas for these guys?

Re: I should have read before I took job.

1. Call the broker if you can, that is what I had to do.
2. Call the lender if possible.
3. Go to the magistrate and file a claim for theft of services.

I went to the broker and he got them to pay me. I told him if they didn't I was going to write it off, call the borrower and tell them to call the lender. They would have then overpayed on the settlement statement and could file with the Department of Banking and The Office of RESPA and Interstate Land Sales.

4. Never do another closing for PA Settlement and notify your local Notary freinds
