Semi-OT: Gentlemen, I'm aghast!
My local library no longer has a copy of "Dress for Success" on the shelves! IMHO the book, even though years++ old, is the best refernce work for a man who wants to look professional. Is there a more modern book to recomend to a mentee?

LOL - Ernest, that's a relic! But, maybe a timeless classic.
It's in the thrift stores...go check the shelves of the Sal. Army, or snoop around on Amazon or Half.com. You can probably get it for a penny.

Go to the "Book Mooch" website (http://bookmooch.com)
I just looked and they have a few copies of - "Dress for Success" (for men & women).
The Book Mooch site is for people to exchange books -- the person who has the book has to pay the $1.50 postal book rate to send it to the person who wants it.
