Signature Affidavit---Help!
Assume my seal is registered in County A. We are signing County B and property is in County C
Typically on the notarization in the upper left you list the County where the document is being signed "B".
Under the notary signature line, often you put the County where you notary seal is registered. Often County "A".
On this Signature Affidavit it say...."Acting in County/Parish"....what goes there?
A or B, I doubt it is C.
I called State, but everybody is out for the holiday an nobody knew how to answer. Ugh!
Thanks in Advance.

where your seal is registered...or where the property is located is never an issue...it's always where your feet are when you sign the papers...if your feet are in county B, then you put county B...if your feet are in county A, then you put county A...(UNLESS your notary handbook states differently...what is right for me...may not be right for you...but as a rule, this is correct)
So the answer should be obvious (B) "Doc"

When in doubt, pick 'B'.
