Signature / Name Certification form CA
A popular loan company in CA uses Signature and Name Certifications which certify that the signer is also known as: """"""""""" under which a typed name would be but they do not have a line adjacent which implies that a signature for the AKA is needed. Is something amiss here?

So, did you have borrower sign just to be safe?
