It's not you, Viriginia. I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one who had a heck of a time figuring out the tracking system. It's a great tool once you figure out how to use it. I emailed Harry and told him I thought additional instructions would be helpful.
Try the follownig:
I'm glad to know that I'm not the only person who had a heck of a time trying to figure out how to use NotRots tracking system. It's a good tool once you figure out how to access it. Try the following:
1. Go to Manage
2. Select: Track a Relationship or Work Order
3. Select: Signing/Work Order
4. Click Next
5. Select: The Signing Company of your choice. It has to be listed to track it.
6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page
7. Click Next
8. Fill in the blanks.

Well, I got as far as "signing/work order" and got "There are no relationships...."
<sigh>
When you look at the box it speaks about managing a calendar, work orders, contacts, etc. I can't even get to "first base"!!
