Since when does LSI...
...use a signing service (Professional Settlements) to contract their notaries!? I got an email from PSS wanting me to fill out info for a background check to be done for "their new major client", which happens to be LSI.
Depressing. Well, I'm certainly not going to lower my usual LSI fees over this.
Anyone know anything more about this and changes at LSI? Is LSI still contracting notaries directly?

I had one for them not long ago... maybe last month?

So did I a while back. Odd duck? New LSI person? Hey, Lisa - how the heck are you? I'm fighting a danged tooth thing, and boy, did it make me stoopid last night - I should *not* self-medicate and touch a keyboard.

Just did one for the East office the other day. Is it perhaps coming from the LSI West office? They've often done things differently than East.

I can only recall one LSI that I have done and it was through a service.
BTW, Lisa, liked the use of your wooden spoon today. One of the comments had me saying to myself, "no, she didn't", LOL!

LSI East has always done both and I've had jobs directly from them and also through a signing service. It is nothing new. I don't know about West.

I sometimes get calls from LSI and I get calls from Loan Documents Now for them too.
