Surprise in the mail today..Check from A.S.A.P Loan Docs,

Bakersfield (Nona Darling). Never thought I would ever get paid. I wrote off these 2 invoices last year. Even though I was only paid 1/2 my fee for each signing, something is better than nothing! Both were no-signs. Has anyone else received anything like this from Nona? TIA

I got one from her 3 1/2 years later, yes I said YEARS later. She waits until she get paid, one of her employees were hound the title company or borrowers until she gets her money.
