Docs arrived bright and early this a.m., first and second and the QC, my originals. Darling little post its, not one but two witnesses. Called SS, chatted for awhile, stated my case. An hour later she called me back saying that the lender was waiving this and would I please ship back for Thursday a.m. delivery. THANKS for your time and trouble, I knew I was looking at it from the right angle but I needed backup.
