Titlegal, Joe Ewing Re: Sub-Division Maps!
Major mistake! Just checked my notes. My instructor was refering to (some) foreign countries, NOT to sub-division maps.

This is my second try, as my first was bumped by NR. Language or something.
Look - I am a title company employee who does subdivision. I know tract maps. I know parcel maps. and I ESPECIALLY KNOW what the CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE REQUIRES.

The posts last night had not one criteria of what the law calls for in california.
I am an expert in this, subdivision.
Secondary, I am a notary signing agent.
If anyone wants to know information and get educated about either, please email me. All the rest of the BS? It's just posturing by notaries that want to make themselves look good.
There's the pro's and there's the wanna-be's. the readers need to make their choice.
I can help but I do have an whole other life outside of the forum. Still I love to educate - so feel free to email me with specifics at [e-mail address].
Last (but not least) I got so dam irritated at bad information I got a bit passionate about things. Sorry. But if you truly want to know subdivison req's....I'm the one, and I'll help.
Or not. I'm so busy if I had not one request, I'd count it a blessing! I do know subdivision...every aspect of it.
If I can help any notary dealing with such, please feel free. Bless you all for the holidays.

One more thought. If you are even attempting to make Fudge or Penuche tonight? It's worth waiting until tomorrow.
I have had two so-so batches this evening. Any candy/fudge cook will confirm. Darn it, I wanted to get it accomplished!!
