Tuesday is NOT a holiday for rescission purposes

Only those days listed by federal law (5 U.S.C. 6103) establishes the public holidays. Special days issued by Executive Order of the President, such as Tuesday, in not a Public Holiday. In this case, it is a National Day of Mourning, and federal offices, including the post office, will be closed. Most banks and other private sector organizations will be open for business.

I thought that Postal Service cannot legally be closed for 3 days in a row? Although, I have no idea where or when I heard that. Anyone else ever hear that?
