What to bring to the signing

I have a signing at a public library shortly. Borrower asked me what he should bring other than his photo id. I havent received the doc yet and I don't know if there is any additional doc requirements mentioned in the package. I am trying to get a hold of ss to get the info. But is it usually ok if the borrower just shows up with his photo id.

Yes! Just a copy of some form of valid ID, and anything else his LO advised him to bring if any!

Hi Lenders' First Choice - Question...

Are you an employee of the title company, or are you just using their name? Sometimes companies feel a little...uhmmm, "blicky" about others using their branding.

Just curious.

You need two ID's (one current DL or Gov issue picture & one w/out) Sometimes they have harder time finding a second ID

Two is always good advice because you just never know if lender may require it. I always suggest Sam's Club or Costco because they have photo and almost everyone has them now. FWIW - I never ask for social security card as some may request for form of ID. Reverse of SSAN card states plainly - not to be used for identification purposes.
