going on vacation?

I'm going on vacation, and I'm worried about losing business. Should I let my wife use my stamp and complete my signings?

So you're wife isn't going on "vacation" with you.

And you're asking if someone, other than you, can use your stamp and do notarizations.

And the concern is about losing business.

What are you smoking?

That settles it

This is obviously a joke. And not a very good trolling either. A good troll won't show his hand so early, he'll just sit back and watch the thread spiral out of control.

Jason

First of all, no question is a dumb question. If you do not know
it is better to ask, than to make a major mistake.

Secondly, if you truly need the money, postpone the vacation for now
(as you cannot afford the additional expense). Stay home! Relax around
the house. . .

Third, get a second job (full-time, part-time, temporary).

Fourth, have your wife get a (first) job.

Fifth, help your wife to obtain her notary license etc. . .
In this way, the both of you, can be "dual" partners, backing each
other up etc. . .

Sixth, No, your wife cannot use your notary stamp etc. . .
Although your wife may be "Mrs. Jason Jones", she is not you.
In this instance, the both of you are not "one".

Seventh, obtain a copy of your state's notary handbook. Learn
its notarial laws and regulations inside and out.

Eight, Have a Merry Christmas and Blessed New Year! ("smile"Wink

Pam

Good grief, Charlie Brown... are you really THAT much a MoMo?
I agree with the previous post... call the SOS office and ask them your question, but be sure you give them your full name and commission number first, ok?

I can't stop you from calling me "Darling" but I'd sure appreciate it if you'd cut it out. Even if you are just being sarcastic/rude or joking, it is offensive to me. Now you know the button to push to annoy me. Let's see what you do with it.

I hope you have a very nice holiday, bestcal. If the rain slows down a little here in Texas for safer travel, mine will be perfect.

Gary, maybe his wife could pull off signing as someone named Jason. Maybe that's why he's going on vacation without her. "Honey, have you shaved today?"
