jacy of Platinum Signing in Minnesota.

Ok, I inquired as to this company back on the 1st of November. Some good, some bad. Well, I did the closing on November 1, 2006. Jacy said I will be paid on the 17th..... Welll, it's December 2, 2006 and still no payment. I've emailed, and called her to no avail. I've only had to send one demand letter from my attorney about 8 months ago, I guess this will be the 2nd.

Why she is not paying me i don't know, but she called me to get and verify address now the lady won't talk to me. I hope everything is ok with her, but I still want my money.....

We did one for her last month and were paid within 3 weeks. She was great to work for, sorry to hear about your situation.

She still owes me too and she says she has sent me two checks. Well, guess what? I didn't receive either. I have sent her numerous paypal invoices and now she says she won't pay because "we" did not agree on the print & destroy fee for an edoc job I refused to do because the brw did not have proper ID.

Jacy was trying to pressure me into signing a guy with no driver’s license. She said I could "do it" with his SS card and a credit card...No I can not. I billed her $50 for the print/destroy fee and she says she only pays $25. I don't give a crap what she pays...I am an independent contractor and I set my own fees, me and no one else, not even her.

Now, due to all the time and aggravation, I will continue to bill her for $50 until she pays it. I will report her to the TC underwriter, SOS, BBB, Notary Beware and post on every site known to Notary world that Jacy Qimby is a non-paying, lying jack bag that expects you to break the law and then refuses to pay for your time, supplies and service.
