ok, i had an epiphany from my prev question

Regarding my previous message regarding B/O filling out forms we have to wait on....

silly me, I do what I am told....keep the docs in order blah blah blah....well guess which doc is the first? Yup, a form to fill out...

I realized if I give it to them at the end to fill out they are too tired to futz around and will do it promptly, quickly, and then some to end the signing....

just my take....

I do the same.

Anytime there is a form for the BO to complete, I put it in the VERY end. This way they complete it quickly. Also, while they are filling it out I take the time to go through the rest of the packages to make sure I didn't miss any signatures, dates or initials.

Always do it that way. Gets me out the door so much faster.

I ask If I can fax them a copy before I get there. Fill it out but have them sign it in front of me. That also can help save some time .

aciardoNY- that is a good idea. You could also scan and

email it. But what if they don't have any legal paper? Does that make a difference?

Re: aciardoNY- that is a good idea. You could also scan and

whether it is legal or not is not a prb....

they can fill it out and then fill in your copy and with all l the info at hand...I have thought of doing this but w/ some B/O it would not make a bit of diff... disorganized is disorganized.

one who took the longest to fill it out kept arguing why she could not do hair cuts while she signed all her docs....nothing would change her mind until I suggested that these were very impt and not only could affect them finanially but her 'clients' would really know all her pesonal business....she FINALLY put down the comb and scissors and gave me her attention..... sheesh!

ZeeCA, you also saved her from jacking up someone's head

And haveing a too loud color or lopsided haircut... that was a little ignorant of her to want to cut hair and do a signing- rolling my eyes LOL.
