printer problem w/hp 3320

when printing i have a blotch (kind of looks like an ink glob) in the same spot on the printed page. this does occur when copying, only printing. i refilled my cartridge and thought that may be the problem so thinking about just putting a brand new one in.

any thoughts???

thx pamela - guess what i found . . .

i took the cartridge out (for the umpteenth time) but this time i found a couple of staples stuck in the roll on the cartridge. i removed them and it seems problem solved. no more splotches on the printed copies.
