Signatures Plus has developed a reputation in the last few years as a slow pay/no pay company. Do a search on them and you will see others experiences. Keep hounding via phone calls, e-mails and faxes. Good luck to you. Harry

I have had problems with Signatures Plus as well. I was informed that their payment schedule is 30-60 days. However, their agreement does not state that and I advised them of this. I sent them a nice little letter highlighting the terms of "their" agreement and my check was sent out the same day. I have since created a list of companies that I will not work for because they do not honor their agreements.

I did 2 for them on 11/9. No pay yet. I will send a reminder.

You've been on this board since June and did signings for Signatures Plus in November? Yikes, there must have been 50 threads posting during that time that told how awful this company is.

Re: signaturesPlus
I am trying to collect from two I did in late 05. I don't know what happened, they used to be great. Now I talk to freaking voice mail and send e-mails to [e-mail address]. hoping that they will eventually get paid, yawn. The other day I spoke of two companies that I had to chase, this is one of them. I used to really like this company, and did several a year ago without issues. It's a shame that they still call and I have to say, I'd love to, but.....

Thank you for pointing this out and yes I decided to take a
risk. I knew what I was doing. I have been self employed in other businesses and I don't have a problem getting paid in 45 to 60 days as long as I get paid. It is a treat to get paid in 15 to 30 days. No one has ever gone over 60 days. It's all good to me.

I'm curious
If you've seen thread after thread after thread all saying the same thing about this company, why would you think it's worth it to take the risk? I could see if there were a mixture of responses from people who have had trouble getting paid and people who haven't had any problems, but with this company the responses are pretty much unanimous. Why did you think your experience would be the opposite of everyone else's?

If you must know...
They were easy signings, a HELOC and a refi, each had one signer, very easy and enjoyable night, fair fee, easy to work with. I will let you know how this turns out.
I have been in this business since June, started training last April. I have been very lucky with good paying companies that have all paid on time. This is the first risk I decided to take. Maybe I will regret it and maybe I won't. We will see. I am not really concerned.
