Abstract Settlement Group...

Anyone done any work with this co? They apparently are a SS owned by a Broker called 5 Star Home Loans, out of Hermitage, PA. 5 Star also goes by Star Financial Solutions. They use
American Deed Co, out of Pgh as their TC. Also licensed in 4 other states. I have not been impressed by either 5 Star or American Deed...they both run late in paying and don't mind giving you the Ickey shuffle when you call about your fee. Still chasing down my $$ and will re-post when it all shakes out.

Oh, I know exactly where they're at...just can't get a check out of them. That's why I'm asking if anyone else has had any experience with them.

I have dealt with American Deed and also had trouble getting paid promptly. I faxed my invoices numerous times and called also. Beverly is the person who handles the AP so send them to her attention and follow up with a phone call. It took almost 3 months to get paid but I finally did.
