I have had my attorney send them a letter of demand. And as well have filed a complaint with the BBB in Lake Elsinore. Am waiting till the end of next week to file in small claims court. Per legal advise. As well, I am searching to find out if there are other notaries out of state who have lost money to them. If they have, that could possibly mean a federal crime.

This is good to know....thanks so much guys! By the way, approx how much do they owe you? Do you have like a long standing balance with them? I am having problems with signing companies not paying me, I am learning a lot by all of this. So I also now see that visiting these chat boards more often helps a lot. We all have to stick together!

Re: Acme Notary
They also owe us monies. We will sue in San Diego, I'm looking for San Diego Notaries that are owed monies. I plan to contact the San Diego Press (Turko) and the DA. So they can be charged in more than one county.
