I know you will all be so jealous. I had a $50 offer from Loanclosers.com to go just less than 20 miles with 13 pages of fax backs. Then, I got a call from the big spenders of the Notary Biz. ($75 email, last minute.) And...last but not least...Accusigning called and at first I didn't recognize their name, you know how you're just not sure if the co. you're thinkng of that you know is so bad is called Accudata or Accusearch or Accusigning? I asked if they could hold for just a second, I looked at my book and went back to the phone and explained that I had to chase them 3 months to get paid the last time I did a closing for them, before I could get to the part about how they UNDERPAID me when I finally did get the check...lol, they said "thank you" and hung up! (No apologies, no we'll do better this time, nothing!)

Now now...be nice! For me.... Notary Biz has always been good to work with. They pay my fees which more than $75. I like working with them. Usually get the docs 1 day in advance.

As for the others, I have no comment....haven't had calls from them yet.

But accusigning is one of the best. So you have to chase your money around who doesn't want to do that.

I just did a search....

seems there might be a Notary Biz and THE Notary Biz...I have signed for THE Notary Biz. As I said previously, THE Notary biz is very good to work with in my opinion.

I forgot about this one...

I had a call for a signing in the city for Fri. $50 o/n. I mentioned that parking costs $14 an hour in that area and asked for more $$$ so I could come out with a few $$$ in the end. lol The answer was the usual...I'll ask for approval and get back to you!

Notary Biz?

They are a $50.00 company. How did you manage to extract more than that? (must be the only notary within a 3 hour drive rad!!!)
