I strongly urge that no one take a closing from this company. I did a closing back on 11/28, just rcvd. the chk. yesterday and they lowered it $50, claiming, "per signed agreement". I signed up w/ the on 12/7, more than a week after the closing took place.

Hmmm, I had concerns about their agreement too. I cleared things up verbally over the phone before I continued on with the assignment, though. And I also crossed out their fees and input my own fees on their agreement, including my requirement that they pay full fees for no signs/recinded loans. I signed that agreement and sent it in along with my invoice, etc. That was just not too long ago, though. So I guess time will tell. I hated receiving all the title docs via FAX. What a PITA, but otherwise, it went well. I hope they don't short change me! And if I were you, I'd go after them for your full fee.
