Anyone do field inspections?

Another NSA asked me about these, and I had no idea what they are. I'm guessing maybe these our property inspections for like home warranties or something? I have no idea.

Can anyone give me any info on this, or point me in the right direction? Probably something I don't have time for, but knowledge is what makes us better right?
