Apology to Mr. Korey Humphreys...

Dear Mr. Humphreys:

You and I have had issues on this board (NR) and we need to put them to rest for the good of the posters on NR. You have asked for an apology from me and I have refused. However, after due consideration today after our emails, I see a genuine interest in you to let all of this go.

I believe the best situation for all concerned is for me to issue a sincere apology to you so that we can let Tracy and Harry get back to their business and leave this problem alone.

Will you accept this apology?

If so, I will post this entire message to you on NotaryRotary.com.

You do not need to post an apology to me but I would like to be left to get back to the business I need to focus on. If this will resolve all issues at hand I would like to put this to rest and bury the hatchet.

Okay, so I broke my silence after one day.

I have emailed the above to KH. He has not had time to respond and answer, but he and I need to get us ALL out of this dysfunctional loop and get on with business and life.

Other than this issue, I will still stand by my non-posting for a month.

FWIW, from our correspondence, I certainly do believe he wants to get past this. Friends, if you post to support me in this, please also endorse his willingness to make this right, as well. As far as I am concerned there will be no further difficulty between me and KH. And, I support his right to become a poster here with a clean slate.

I thank you Brenda for posting the apology. I too would like to apologize. I apologize to Notaryrotary.com for my actions of the past. I admit that I was wrong.

I had a duty to read the user rules before I clicked on the "I accept". I failed to meet that duty and brushed off the "terms of use policy". Because of my negligence, I used sockpuppets trying to get my point across. For this I have learned, and for this I am sorry.

Let me take this one step further...I believe the mystery is over with the feeling I had of the stalking. Korey was not it. Korey, I also apologize for any reference I made to stalking from you or any sock puppet belonging to anyone. (Can that be a joke?)

In all seriousness, as Korey has said, he had a point he wanted to get across and I made a mistake in seeing his eagerness to get his purpose across as threatening.

Am I being harassed? Yes. I have definitely been harassed and you will just have to take my word for that. It has been going on since March of 2005. Recent information from business associates and other developments have revealed that Korey was perhaps caught in the cross-fire of this harassment.

As far as DebbieMA, I believe that it has been resolved that she has also been falsely accused by me and for that I must also apologize to her. I would like it made perfectly clear that Debbie MA did state something false and inflammatory when she said that I did not like MA people. That's not true and whether she chooses to retract these statements or not is immaterial. It's just false.

I think that there has been good reason for these mistakes. Harry and Tracy were very helpful. Thank you.

I'd like for Korey to feel unpressured to make further comments about the harassment and would like to lift the shroud of accusation or suspicion from him.

The lesson to be learned here I think, is don't get involved with people who want to play headgames with other people because it can sure get innocent people in trouble.

Okay...the soap opera and ongoing beef between Korey and BrendaTx is over as far as I am concerned. But, I am still off taking a month off just to prove to myself that I can.

To an anonymous peacemaker who has also helped facilitate this... blessed are the peacemakers...


Now...I am outta here before anyone spits up....

I must say...while sitting waiting for docs...grrrr
that I find this unfolding drama quite intriguing. Glad you two sorted it out and sniff...I'm so happy for you. But like you mentioned, you still have the hateful, jealous stalker. Hope it gets narrowed down quickly.

BTW: Brenda, it's a drug, you can't do without it, we need you. I really miss those foot long hot dogs er, I mean posts!

Thank you for the apology and I also apologize for stating that you did not like people from MA. You never did say that. I stand corrected. The post was from Becky 3/30/05 stating she doesn't waste her time reading post from MA notaries, and you agreed. All is over with, and I am glad that you & Korey have resolved some issues.

I'm not here to try to convince anyone about anything. I read things that weren't true... contacted Brenda to work things out... and thus... worked it out.

In the past I was wrong. I've already admitted to posting with "sockpuppets". Again, I did not know I was violating the rules of the board. Now I know! I've even told Harry to keep his public notice posted because it will teach other notaries (except Missy Anderson ) to think twice before they violate the rules.

Was I stalking or harassing Brenda? No I was not. That is the only thing I wanted to clear up. I consider it a dead issue.

As my favorite slogan reads: "I CAN ONLY PLEASE ONE PERSON A DAY. TODAY ISN'T YOUR DAY. TOMORROW DOESN'T LOOK GOOD EITHER!" :p

I know. For whatever reason the www.cjb.cc site is down. Their message says that they're updating the server. I'm hoping it will be back up real soon.
