I visited with one Title Company today and spoke with another. They both indicated that they are slow today, but they are open.

Yes it is soooo slow today. I know this is the calm before the storm. Feb has been extremely busy. I have 3 scheduled for this week but got those calls on Friday.

We've had 4 calls today for signings today and tomorrow. Feb. has shown an increase in business from previously. I guess no one is resting today. Cheers to all.

Got 1 call today so far...

but it's for a city too far from me. They wanted the signing Thursday but I won't be able to go that distance until Saturday so they are looking for someone else. Oh well, maybe next call...
